Recently, I provided senior management with a presentation of the value of Enterprise Architecture. For those of you who are tasked with a similar assignment, I thought I would share an example that has worked for me. Keep in mind that some of the bullets are specific to my environment, but hopefully the presentation gives a perspective of how to explain EA in simple terms to people who have never been exposed to EA. I did alter the original presentation to try to make it as generic as possible for my readers.
